How will I access the LIVE workshop? About a week before we start, you'll receive an email with instructions for accessing Zoom. If you run into any issues, please email me at [email protected]. Will this workshop be recorded? You'll have unlimited access to the recordings from the LIVE workshop. You can watch the recordings within 48 hours after we end each LIVE session. There will be a total of 4 recordings that will be found here: https://courses.bettyfranksart.com/enrollments. What is your Refund Policy? By completing your purchase, you are agreeing to accept the following cancellation policy: A $50 cancellation fee applies if you cancel at least 1 week in advance. Unfortunately, there are NO refunds if canceled less than 1 week prior to the start of the online workshop unless another student can be found to take your place. How do I reach customer service? Suggested Art Supply List
I like to always encourage you to use what you have on hand. If you'd like to add to your stash and experiment with new tools, here's a link to my favorite art supplies for the course: https://www.amazon.com/shop/betty.franks.art/list/1VTQFLYKF7R2I?ref_=aipsflist Paints: Nova Color or Liquitex or Golden. If you're interested in Betty's Bundle, you'll find it here*: https://www.bettyfranksart.com/favorite-nova-color-paints Brushes: I like cheap brushes because I really beat up my brushes; 4, 6, 8 for working small (or any others you have on hand); plus a rigger/script brush (see my favorite art supplies list above). Also, have a palette knife on hand. The plastic ones are perfect! Paper: I personally love working on Bristol paper or mixed media paper. Bring 9” x 12” for exercises and to create art. Mark-Making: • Regular #2 pencil • Colored pencils (I love Prismacolor, but any you have on hand will work) • Stabilo Woodys • China Markers: black and white • NeoColor II Water Soluble crayons • Bring any other mark-making tools you have on hand Collage Papers: tissue paper; wax paper; 4 pieces of paper with writing on them (for example, magazine articles, book pages, catalogs, etc.); and matte medium.
